The idea for Niania-Top was sparked in 2021. Our founder, Katarzyna, was in the first year after giving birth to her first child. Already busy with study and work, Katarzyna wanted a way to get more experience with children without losing the balance of her tight schedule. She found she loved the interaction with children so much she spent two years as an au pair in Warsaw. When she returned we started preparing Niania-Top Website – a way to make a positive difference in children’s lives while giving their parents a break. The service was built on this mission and every Sitter that joins is chosen because they believe in it too. We dream that every Sitter is the children’s favorite – the kind of Sitter they remember for years to come. Whether that’s because they made them laugh while playing dress-up, or taught them how to bake a secret recipe, We do our best to choose Sitters who go the extra mile and have a genuine desire to make a positive impact on children’s lives.
